Learning Spanish Past Tense

What is a good plan for learning Spanish (already know basics)?

I am studying Spanish at school. It would be best if you could answer this question really well..because at the moment I am TOTALLY motivated for learning the language, I have a 2 week holiday break to do a lot. I know basics: present/past/future/conditional tenses and know how to congugate some irregular verbs also, limited introduction vocabulary, good pronounciation and of course a passionate desire to learn right now, so I better get stuck in while the flame is hot!

What is a good game plan to continue my Spanish from now on? i.e. a timetable, or effective method of memoring tenses, vocabulary etc. At school we just practise what we already know but I want to advance myself independently.
thank you / gracias =)
oh and I am interested in email, penpal, chat, Skype (listening/speaking) with native/fluent Spanish speakers

Go to learner.org and sign up for a free account.
After you do that you can watch a series of soap operas made for Spanish learners called “Destinos”.

It helps!
